REQUIREMENT FOR REGISTRATION UNDER SERVICE TAX

Following documents/details are required for registration of service tax :-

A. In Case Of Proprietorship.    

• Pan Card of Proprietor.
• Address & Identity Proof of Proprietor.

B. In Case Of Partnership Firm.

•     Partnership Deed.
•     Pan Card of Firm.
•     Address & Identity Proof of all Partners.

C. In Case Of Company (Private Limited Or Limited).

•      Memorandum of the Company.
•      Certificate of Incorporation.
•      Address & Identity Proof of each Director.

D.  Proof of Ownership of Office & NOC (in all cases)
